A concrete company built for Surprise
We started because we were tired of seeing five-year-old driveways fail in a city that's only twenty-five years old.

Surprise grew from thirty thousand people in 2000 to nearly one hundred and eighty thousand today. Almost every house here was built in that window, and almost every one of them got a builder-grade driveway and a small builder patio poured fast, on a lot that had barely been scraped, on the hottest afternoons of the year. Those slabs are now the cracked, heaved, spalled concrete we get called about every day.
Surprise Concrete Co. exists to do it properly. We're a locally operated company — not a franchise, not a lead-generation call center — that books and manages residential concrete work in Surprise and the northwest Valley. The crews that pour for us are licensed Arizona ROC contractors, bonded and insured, and every job carries a written workmanship warranty and Recovery Fund protection.
What we stand on
Base prep is not optional
Caliche and expansive clay are why concrete fails here. Ripping, conditioning and compacting the base is the most important thing we do and the thing most estimates quietly skip.
Pour early, cure the same morning
From May to September our pours start at 5 AM. It's harder on the crew and better for your slab.
Written prices, written warranty
An itemized estimate good for 30 days. A workmanship warranty in writing. Realistic price ranges on this website so you know what to expect before you call.
Answer the phone
Six days a week, 6 AM to 6 PM, a person answers. Estimates are usually scheduled the same day you call.
