What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you want a faster number, a rough size (paces are fine), a photo of the existing concrete, and whether your HOA needs to approve the work will let us give you a tighter estimate on the first call.
What happens next
We'll set a time to come out — usually within a day or two — measure, look at the base and drainage, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days. No deposit is due until you've approved the estimate and we've scheduled the work.
Emergency? A slab that's dropped and become a trip hazard, or a pool deck section that's come loose, gets same-day attention when we can manage it. Say "urgent" when you call.
