Which standard do you aim for?

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page.

How do you check?

Using a keyboard only. Using screen readers. On phones. With automated tests as well. The checks run again every time we rebuild the site.

What's built into the pages?

Semantic HTML with one clear heading order. A skip link to the main content. Landmarks that mark the header, the navigation, the main area and the footer. Menus and forms that work from the keyboard alone, with a focus state you can see.

Text and background colors clear the AA contrast ratio. Enlarge text to 200% and nothing drops off the page. Nothing flashes, and nothing moves in a way you can't pause. If your device asks for reduced motion, animation switches off.

Images carry written descriptions. Form fields carry labels. No form has a clock on it.

Do I need the website at all?

No. Anything the site lets you do, a phone call does too: put a question to us, book an estimate, or flag a problem. Call (623) 624-8531, any hour of any day.

Where does it fall short?

Some photos show site conditions that words can't fully capture. The description covers what the page needs it to. If that's not enough, call and we'll talk you through what the photo shows.
