A written price, measured on site
Send the form or call (623) 624-8531. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, every day, and the written price costs you nothing.
What should I have ready when I get in touch?
The type of project (a repair job, a driveway, a patio, a walkway, a pool deck or a plain slab) and roughly how big it is. Got a sketch? An HOA rule to satisfy? Keep those within reach.
What does the estimator do on the day?
They measure the site. They look at where water runs, what the soil is up to, how a concrete truck and a pump will get in, and whether HOA approval or a permit is needed. That visit normally lands a day or two after you call.
What does the written sheet list?
Every line, so comparing it against another bid is easy:
- breaking out the old slab and hauling it away
- excavation, then a compacted base
- formwork
- wire mesh or rebar
- concrete at the thickness the load calls for
- control joints
- your chosen finish
- sealer
- cleanup
Anything missing from that sheet can't come back as an extra later.
How long does the price hold, and when do I pay anything?
The written price stands for 30 days. Nothing is due until you approve it and we put the pour on the calendar. Only then is a deposit asked for.
Can I get other bids?
Please do. There's no charge for the estimate and no obligation attached. We'd sooner you compared and picked us than felt cornered.
What if it can't wait?
A slab that's dropped overnight? A retaining wall starting to bow? Tell the assistant it's urgent. Where we can, someone comes to look the same day.
Where are estimates free?
Across Surprise and across the West Valley towns around it. The service areas page lists every town and neighborhood we reach.
Leave a number and an estimator phones you back today. Prefer to talk? Someone picks up at (623) 624-8531 every hour of the day, 365 days a year.
