Do I need a permit for an RV pad in El Mirage?

Not for the pad itself inside your lot; a right-of-way permit if the approach touches the sidewalk or curb. HOA approval where there's an HOA.

My 2005 driveway is cracked and stained. Replace or resurface?

If it's level and the cracks don't move, resurface for a third of the cost. If sections have dropped or lifted, replace. The site visit is free and we'll say which.

Can you pour a shop slab on my older lot?

Yes — engineered drawing, City of El Mirage permit, inspections. Most of our shop slabs are in El Mirage and north Surprise.

How soon can you come out?
