How we're paid, in plain words
The arrangement behind this website, written out so you don't have to guess.
To the homeowner reading this
Dear homeowner,
This letter was last updated in September 2026. Here's how things stand.
surpriseconcreteco.com is a marketing website. It brings in concrete inquiries from Surprise and from West Valley towns beyond it. When you dial the number on it, or submit the estimate form, we hear from you first, not a crew. An automated assistant picks up at any hour and notes your details. A person then follows up with you.
We don't pour the concrete. Insured, independent concrete contractors based around Surprise do. Which one takes your job depends on the kind of work, where the house is, and who has room in their schedule.
If a referral turns into a job, the contractor may pay us an advertising or referral fee. That's an arrangement between us and them. It doesn't move your quote up or down.
We also measure. We track calls and form submissions, and we run analytics that respect privacy, so we know which pages and sources bring in requests. Calls may be recorded, and a notice says so at the start. That's bookkeeping about where leads come from, not a factor in what you pay. Our privacy policy lists what's collected and who sees it.
So what does this mean for you? Four things.
You'll know who's coming. Ask who will do the work and we'll name them before anything is scheduled.
Your price is the written estimate, nothing else. Whatever deal sits in the background, the signed figure from that contractor is the amount you owe.
Compare freely. A second opinion on concrete is sensible, and nobody here will steer you away from getting one.
The contractors are independent. They hold the license their work calls for, carry their own insurance, and write their own warranty terms. Before signing, ask to see the insurance certificate, and read every line of the agreement.
One more thing. This site may show up among search results or as a paid ad. Any outside service that runs or measures that advertising gets only the information it needs for the task.
Curious who'd get your job, whether a referral is part of it, or how to contact that contractor yourself? Ask. We'd rather clear it up now than leave you wondering later.
