Concrete for Litchfield Park
Old-Valley custom homes under mature trees, golf-course neighborhoods around the Wigwam, and newer subdivisions along Camelback — patios, pool decks and the driveways that have earned a replacement.
Litchfield Park is the old part of the West Valley — the 1950s–80s custom homes under the palms and olive trees around the Wigwam, the golf-course neighborhoods, and the newer subdivisions along Camelback Road and Litchfield Road toward Goodyear. The older homes have original driveways and patios at 40 to 60 years, pool decks with the first-generation Kool Deck, and walkways lifted by roots; the newer ones have the same pool-deck and RV-pad needs as everywhere else.
The City of Litchfield Park has a design-review process for visible work in the older sections, and the subdivisions have HOAs. Mature trees mean root pruning and root barriers on most walkway and driveway jobs. We're twenty minutes down the 303 and in Litchfield Park most weeks.

Questions from Litchfield Park homeowners
Does Litchfield Park require design review?
For visible work in the older sections, yes; the city's process is straightforward and we prepare the submittal. Subdivisions have their own HOA review.
Tree roots lifted my walkway. What do you do?
Replace or level the section, prune the roots to a certified arborist's guidance, and install a root barrier so it doesn't return.
Can you recoat a 1970s Kool Deck?
Yes, if it's bonded. Loose areas are ground off and patched, then the whole deck is recoated in an acrylic system.
Do you come out for small jobs here?
Yes — walkways, steps and small patios, scheduled with other West Valley work.
