Your privacy with Surprise Concrete
We keep the details we need to price and do your job, and we don't sell them.
In effect since September 2026. Questions about this policy go to hello@surpriseconcreteco.com.
1. The details we take in
When you phone, text or fill in the form, we ask for your name, a phone number, an email, the property address (or just the ZIP code), and a few words on the concrete work you have in mind. That's the whole list.
2. The phone line
An automated assistant answers the business line. It notes your details and books a callback. Calls on that line may be recorded so we can check quality and train people. A notice plays at the start of each call so you know.
3. Why we keep it
To get back to you. To write your estimate. To book the crew and carry out the work. To deal with a warranty claim if one comes up. To send you messages about your job. Now and then we may send a reminder, such as a note that a decorative finish is due to be resealed. You can stop those reminders whenever you like.
4. Who else sees it
Three groups and no more: the licensed crew doing your work, the providers behind our phone line, our form and our scheduling, and anyone the law obliges us to tell. We don't sell your details and we don't rent them out.
5. What the website records
We run analytics that respect privacy. They count visits and tell us which pages earn their keep. There are no advertising trackers on this site.
6. What you can ask for
Email hello@surpriseconcreteco.com and we'll show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Texts from us stop the moment you reply STOP to one.
