Answering the phone
Calls get picked up at any hour. An automated assistant records your name, your number and what needs pouring or fixing. A person rings you back inside an hour.
Four roles stand between your first call and a finished slab. Here's what each one does.
Calls get picked up at any hour. An automated assistant records your name, your number and what needs pouring or fixing. A person rings you back inside an hour.
The estimator takes the measurements, reads the drainage and the soil, and puts the price in writing. Want to know why the slab has to be a given thickness, or whether a patch will last? Expect a straight answer.
The crew lead owns the job from demo through to finish: sub-base and forms, then steel, then the pour, finishing, joints and sealer. You and the lead go over the finished slab together before the forms have even come off the truck.
The office files the permit and HOA documents, fixes the pour date around what the weather allows, and keeps the insurance certificate up to date.
Surprise Concrete Co. is run locally from Surprise, AZ. Independent, insured crews based locally do the concrete work; whoever runs this site doesn't pour anything. You'll be told who's coming before anyone is booked. Our referral marketing disclosure sets out the arrangement in plain terms, and the about page describes how we pick who we work with.
Say you'd like a callback, at any stage. Someone real, not a recording, calls you back. Ring (623) 624-8531, or drop a line to hello@surpriseconcreteco.com.
