The strictest in the West Valley — specific finishes, colors and setbacks, and a full submittal. We've done it before and prepare the packet accordingly.
Do you come out to the acreage west of town?
Yes — shop slabs, long driveways and RV pads on acreage are a regular part of what we do in Buckeye.
The soil here is sandy. Does that matter?
It settles if it isn't compacted — most of the leveling we do in Buckeye is builder driveways on uncompacted fill. We compact base in lifts before every pour.
How far into Buckeye do you go?
Everything north of the I-10 and along Sun Valley Parkway is regular territory; south and west by arrangement for larger jobs.
