What exactly does Surprise Concrete Co. do?
We market and book concrete work locally, around Surprise. Homeowners ring us. The pouring is done by independent contractors in the area that we partner with, and each hires its own crew. So there are two doors in.
I run a licensed, insured contracting company. What do you offer?
Booked estimate appointments. Actual homeowners with actual concrete projects, routed to contractors who arrive on time, quote straight and leave the site clean. Before any lead goes out we check three things: that your safety record is clean, that you have your own vehicle and hand tools, and that the paperwork is in order.

I want crew work, not a company. Who's hiring?
The contractors we book for tend to need an estimator capable of sizing up a site and writing an honest scope, crew leads able to run a pour, laborers who can handle screed and bull-float work, form setters, and finishers. Send us your details and we'll pass them on.
What will they ask me for?
A safety record with nothing on it. A vehicle of your own and your own hand tools. Crew leads and contractors also need general liability coverage, workers' compensation, plus any license the state or city demands.
How do I get in touch?
Email hello@surpriseconcreteco.com with "Crew" or "Contractor" as the subject line. Add a few lines about what you've done, which towns you can get to, and a number where we can reach you. You don't need a résumé to open the conversation; calling (623) 624-8531 works just as well.
Is there a fee to get listed?
Never. Applicants pay us nothing. Anyone who wants money from you for a spot "on the list" isn't us.
